17 Mar Anthony Jones Properties Corona Virus Update
With government advice changing almost daily and COVID-19 developing in so many countries around the world, our commitment is to adhere to the advice of the government and the protocols advised by local and international authorities.
The well-being of our buyers and sellers, our associates and our staff is our absolute priority, and you can be assured that health and safety is being given our full attention at this time.
Our team is fully aware of the current requirements and are undertaking high levels of health and safety practice to ensure that the highest possible hygiene standards are maintained both in our office and at our client’s premises. This includes maintaining safe distances, regular hand washing, using hand sanitiser before and after viewings and not shaking hands.
Any team member feeling unwell is asked to self isolate in accordance with government guidelines. This has been in place for some time.
When qualifying buyers, we ask a number of screening questions to ask if the buyer has recently returned from a high-risk area, is or was self-isolating and whether they have been in contact with anyone who is or was self-isolating.
Buyers are asked not to open doors, cupboards or touch surfaces including bannisters, whilst on viewings unless wearing protective disposable gloves which we are providing. Where required we will conduct ‘Face Time’ viewings or create video tours that will be sent to buyers.
Naturally, if you would like to discuss this personally, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
We will be following developments on a daily basis with intense scrutiny and will make necessary adjustments in line with advice and as the need arises.
